The Student Co is a new boutique way to stay in Liverpool as a student.

 

Sick of the same old corporate student accommodation? So were we. Our ideas are pretty simple - renovating beautiful old buildings and true hands-on attention to detail from your host. No two rooms are the same. No deposit to pay. Chalet-style service. Simple, affordable luxury student accommodation.

Below we’re jumping into eight of our newest buildings with the most luxurious amenities, vibrant teams and cool things to do on your doorstep, the largest complex houses just 60 students retaining a super personal, boutique hotel feel to all of our buildings ;

Victoria House is the ultimate student block nestled in Liverpool's charming Georgian Quarter. Designed for students with a zest for life and study, this modern living space offers versatile accommodation options, from your own private room to apartments perfect for sharing with friends. Starting at a very affordable rate, Victoria House boasts a vibrant cinema room, state-of-the-art study areas, and a rear terrace with stunning views, making it the perfect home away from home for students.

Latimer House is nestled on the edge of the city centre, and offers a really nice range of accommodation, from one bedroom up to 4 bedroom apartments. Look out for our triplex studios with your kitchen on the ground floor, lounge on 1st, and bedroom on 2nd. 

Our top floor penthouse apartments all have external balconies with views over the city and Everton's new stadium. Probably our most diverse block, with parking available & cinema, games, yoga & study facilities at the complex.

Our closest accommodation to the University of Liverpool, Highgate is home to 36 lovely students each year who want to roll out of bed into lectures, or roll home from the Student Union. 

With parking available on-site, an outdoor bbq area and some rooms offering Julliet balconies, Highgate is the smart option for low-cost luxury.

If there’s one reason your group is coming to William Henry above the rest, it’s the roof terrace! With far ranging views over the city, looking right at the cathedral, this is a fairly unique setup for students in Liverpool. With parking right outside, an edgy art deco design with exposed brickwork and real wood floors, you’d be hard pressed to find a better deal that can accommodate larger groups up to 10.

Our only option in the Smithdown area of Liverpool, and arguably the coolest in the area, Wellington is a church conversion, with parking on site, external gardens, double-height lounge spaces and all ensuite rooms providing you with an oasis outside of the city, but with unbelievable transport links and amenities on your doorstep as well.

Another church conversion, winner of the British Home awards best community living project in 2020, St Sylvesters is genuinely a show stopper of a building. Wrapped in historical architecture, with a brand new apartment complex built within the walls of the old church, you would struggle to find a more interesting option in Liverpool.

You heard it here first, The Student Co is coming to Stoke with something to blow the doors off. Accommodation ranges from one to four bedrooms fitted with a living room and central chef’s kitchen for the development. Available for the academic year 2025/26, other amenities not to miss include the onsite restaurant, the communal roof deck with fire pits, seating and BBQs; and the local concierge service that caters to just about any student need.
